ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Together with GEC on staff engineers and our factory engineers each new component or assembly is discussed and analyzed. At times our engineers will make suggestions to our customers concerning alternative materials or manufacturing processes to save cost without jeopardizing the integrity of the product. Most new components and assemblies, our engineers produce both 2-D prints and 3-D models for customer approval. Engineering support is constant throughout the life of the project.
QUALITY AND ASSURANCE
At GEC consistent quality takes top priority. Along with our work in process and final inspections, we demand Material Certification sheets on all raw materials. GEC also does random material testing at third party Certificated Labs to assure our factories are receiving the correct raw materials.

All staff at GEC are committed to giving our customer the best customer service as possible. With constant updates and communications, plus always looking for ways to improve customer service that might be unique to a particular customers needs.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
GEC is not a trading company, we are agents for our customers. Most of our customers send purchase orders directly to GEC’s partnered factories. We then take this order and manage it through the complete production process to complete the order. This includes making sure the agreed on plan between GEC and our customer is being strictly followed. Which also includes both work in process and final inspections. Then if needed we can help with logistics to ensure our customers products get to its final destination. With GEC staff we encourage our customers to visit our partnered factories to assure them their products are being produced according to plan.
